The oversized boxy torso falls from pronounced dropped shoulders with substantial breadth, allowing the 600 GSM construction to hold a strong architectural shape without appearing rigid. A sculptural hood rises cleanly from the neckline without drawcords, while the oversized kangaroo pocket grounds the front with restrained utility. Irregular tonal concentration moves across the hood, sleeves and body, deepening around the cuffs, hem, seams and pocket boundaries to reinforce the garment’s deliberately aged surface. Extra-heavy organic cotton French terry gives THE AUTARCH PATINA PULLOVER its dense hand, controlled drape and substantial architectural presence. The 600 GSM construction provides enough body to sustain the oversized silhouette, broad shoulder line and sculptural hood while allowing the garment to soften gradually through wear. The Mineral Patina finish moves through weathered green, muted verdigris and deep charcoal abrasion rather than a uniform dyed surface. Tonal concentration gathers around the seams, cuffs, hem and kangaroo pocket, introducing depth while preserving the integrity of the cotton knit beneath. Reinforced stitching supports high-stress construction points, while the 1×1 ribbed boundaries provide measured recovery against the exceptional weight of the body.
Minor differences in colour distribution, abrasion, saturation and finish placement are inherent to the patina process and form part of each garment’s individual character.
