THE FOUNDING RUN
A Founding Run is a limited-production release manufactured after confirmed customer allocations. Quantities may be capped by garment, colour, size or production capacity. A preorder secures one allocation in the applicable run; it does not represent inventory ready for immediate shipment.
ALLOCATION CONFIRMATION
An allocation is confirmed when payment is successfully authorized and FEROBRILL issues an order confirmation. Placement in a cart does not reserve inventory. FEROBRILL may decline or cancel an allocation affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable production capacity or another condition that prevents fulfillment. Any payment collected for a cancelled allocation will be refunded.
FULL PAYMENT
The complete purchase price, together with applicable taxes and charges presented at checkout, is collected when the preorder is placed. Payment confirms the customer’s commitment to the selected garment, size and colourway. The order confirmation should be retained as the allocation record.
48-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
A customer may request cancellation within 48 hours after the order is placed. The request must identify the order number and be submitted through FEROBRILL’s published contact channel. After the 48-hour period, production planning and material commitments may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH
The production and dispatch windows displayed when the preorder is placed are estimates made on a reasonable basis. They describe when FEROBRILL expects the garment to complete production and leave its possession. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking when available.
DELAYS AND REVISED DATES
If FEROBRILL cannot ship within the disclosed timeframe, the customer will be notified and given a revised shipment estimate. Where required, FEROBRILL will request consent to the delay and explain the customer’s option to cancel for a refund of the unshipped garment. If FEROBRILL cannot complete the order, the allocation will be cancelled and the applicable payment refunded.
MATERIAL AND COLOUR VARIATION
Garment dyeing, washing, finishing and small-batch production can create controlled differences in colour, surface, measurement and texture. Screen settings and lighting can also affect colour perception. These characteristics are part of the garment’s material execution and do not by themselves constitute a defect.
ADDRESS, DELIVERY AND DUTIES
The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and notifying FEROBRILL of requested changes before dispatch. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Shipping charges, import duties and taxes are handled according to the amounts and disclosures shown at checkout and FEROBRILL’s Shipping Policy.
RETURNS AND PRODUCT ISSUES
After dispatch, eligibility for a return, exchange or remedy is governed by FEROBRILL’s Refund Policy and applicable law. Customers should inspect the garment promptly and report an incorrect, damaged or defective item through the published contact channel, including the order number and clear supporting photographs where appropriate.

Questions, cancellation requests and order updates should be submitted through FEROBRILL’s contact page. These Founding Run Terms operate together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If mandatory law provides a greater customer protection, that protection applies.
